Michelle did a great job and fought for me when the seller did below par repairs.

Michelle was amazing throughout the process of selling our home from start to finish! She was super helpful with tips to get our home ready for market and was always readily available with anything we needed. We followed her advice to make some repairs and updates to our home and we had a buyer the SAME DAY we put it on the market offering ABOVE asking price! Michelle was great! She was with us every step of the way; from preparation of home to market l, through the final closing day. Michelle Shaver has been a really great help in finding the perfect home for me and my girls. I knew right then after she sold my previous house that I wanted her to help me find my next home.
